Effective August 1, 2025, the IEC Group (International Express Co., Ltd.: Minato-ku, Tokyo, and its six overseas subsidiaries) has established its Human Rights Policy and Environmental Policy.
Human Rights Policy
The IEC Group pledges to uphold human rights as a core principle of its management philosophy, committing to respect the human rights of all stakeholders. As a global integrated logistics company, we prioritize human rights issues within the global supply chain, promoting business activities based on international human rights standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Human Rights Covenants, and ILO Core Labor Standards. The Group unequivocally rejects all forms of modern slavery, including human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor. This policy applies to all our officers, employees, suppliers, and business partners. We aim to enhance human rights awareness and contribute to a sustainable society.
Environmental Policy
The IEC Group recognizes that global environmental preservation is one of the most critical issues in modern society and pledges to contribute to a sustainable future for the next generation. We strive to reduce environmental impact and prevent pollution in all aspects of our business activities, promote efficient resource utilization and energy conservation, and contribute to environmental protection within local communities and globally. This Environmental Policy serves as a compass for each of us to raise our environmental awareness in daily operations and translate it into concrete actions. Based on this policy, we will continuously improve our environmental performance and fulfill our role as a company coexisting with the Earth.
